How Home Swapping Works
1. List your home
Join as a full or free trial member and create your home exchange listing. Add information and sunny photos of your home & area, where and when you want to go and details of your family so that other members can decide if they'd like to exchange homes with you.
2. Search for exchanges
Use the Search function to find homes that match your travel plans and home requirements. Use the advanced search filters if you have more specific requirements.
3. Make contact with other members
Send and receive home exchange offers using the secure HomeLink messaging system - without revealing your personal email address.
4. Finalise the exchange
Discuss home swap dates and details with your exchange partner. When all is agreed, use the on-line HomeLink Home Exchange Agreement Form to confirm your exchange.
5.Get ready and enjoy your holiday!
